![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() In terms of any actual medical processes done before adulthood, at most some people would be taking puberty blockers (a non-hormone, completely reversible medication that simply delays the onset of puberty, and before the soypointing and ape howling at cherry picked examples of "side effects" gets conveniently wheeled out, imma just stop you right there-for the vast majority of people who take puberty blockers, there is no lasting or permanent side effects should they decide to stop taking them and go through with their biological puberty), and this would usually be after years of dedicated cognitive therapy and medical assessments to determine if the person is actually trans (meaning the person would more than likely be 15 or older before they even begin taking puberty blockers) as a means of weeding out people who may simply be questioning their gender or sexuality and ensuring the people who are truly intent on going through with this are properly identified, and while the misinformation teat you've undoubtedly spent many idle hours suckling may have programmed your brain to believe otherwise, the reality is simply that nobody who wasn't legitimately trans would spend so much time jumping through so many institutional hoops in order to access medical care that would align them with their gender identity, and the (relatively) few who do "change their mind" at some point down the road are, while a convenient direction for braindead anti-trans dipshits to point, very much the exception. For what it's worth (even though I know you won't believe me because you're deepthroating misinformation without question and will probably send what you consider a bulletproof "example" that I'll immediately laugh at because your ilk literally manufactures the reality you think you're living in to justify a genocidal moral panic instead of actually examining the real world) "12 year olds taking hormones and having surgery" is not a thing. ![]()
